Yes. During launch every tender is shown in full on the website, with source links. The free weekly email lists the title, country, service and deadline of each tender.
When does Pro start?
Full access is open to everyone during launch. Founding members can join now at $29/month or $290/year and keep that price for 3 years while their subscription stays active; standard Pro ($39/month) opens once alerts and the searchable archive are ready.

No. We link every listing to the official notice and check it when we publish, but buyers change deadlines and documents. Always verify on the official notice.
